My job as a Denver Baby Photographer is such a joy! When I look back at my children’s baby pictures I can’t believe they were ever that tiny, I can hardly even remember them that way! I’m sure you will feel the same way. I love capturing babies doing what they do best – sleeping, playing with their toes, smiling with those adorable chubby cheeks and just-a-couple-of-teeth grin. I like to keep things simple and let the adorableness take center stage. Babies photograph so well outdoors and I am close to some great parks and Olde Town Arvada with its charming benches and brick storefronts. Your baby will change so much during the first year that you should plan to do several sessions during this time. A good rule of thumb is to schedule sessions when they are newborn, 3 months old, 6 months old, 9 months old, and one year old. You can also think of it in terms of milestones: birth, smiling, sitting up, crawling, standing. If all that overwhelms you, know that anytime is a good time to photograph your baby.
