Here is a perfect example of why motherhood makes me a better photographer …. I’ve learned anytime you do naked baby shots there is going to be an accident -I’ve been peed on, my camera has been peed on, no big deal. Today, Mom got peed on while we were doing the family group portrait. Five years ago ( before I had kids) I would have put down my camera and gotten her a towel right away. Now, I just keep shooting because it’s real life right before your eyes and everyone is laughing. What mom doesn’t have this ( and worse) happen all the time when their children are babies? And I did get her a towel … I just shot a few frames first.
