growing up

My oldest son lost his first tooth yesterday.  We’ve sure come a long way…. I remember the days we were counting the teeth coming in, now we’re wondering what the tooth fairy’s going rate is. My children are no longer babies, in fact I sent my youngest to kindergarten this year. It’s bittersweet. I am so glad I still get to photograph my clients littlest ones. I truly LOVE babies!! But I am also loving the stage of childhood my kids are at – exploring their interests, choosing what clubs and sports to get involved with, volunteering at their school. I love all the things we can do now as a family – ride bikes, swim and ski!  I hope I get to fully enjoy every stage of my children’s lives – it’s a wonderful journey!
