So here’s a funny story …. Niccole is a personal trainer and she and I met at Red Rocks to create some images for her website. She is super photogenic as you can see from these photos! After the session we head back to the upper parking lot from the stage. If you’ve ever been to Red Rocks you know that means you have to climb almost every stair. I had about 50 lbs. of gear and she had gear, too. About a third of the way up I have to stop to catch my breath. Okay, slightly embarrassing. Two thirds of the way up I stop again and Niccole offers to carry some of my gear –  She has her own gear, mind you so I decline but I do notice she is not looking affected by the incline – AT ALL. By the time we get to the top I can barely carry on a conversation. Niccole on the other hand is talking normally and not even breathing hard! WOW! She is in great shape…and I need to workout more!
