The History Park in Golden is a popular location with portrait photographers ~  it’s certainly one of my favorites! The rustic charm here creates a great vibe, especially for families with young children! There are many things  to keep kiddos engaged in at this park including a chicken coop, garden and historic buildings. Here  are a few favorites from a  recent family portrait session. We wandered down to Clear Creek towards the end of the session, Paul and I photographed Mom and Dad’s wedding by a river years ago so it only seemed right!
