We decided to feature the Flatiron Mountains in these portraits and I think it was the perfect backdrop for this sweet family session! The kids loved running through the tall grasses and the late afternoon light was gorgeous. There is just something about being outdoors  in late spring with views of the mountains and the birds singing and wildflowers in bloom. It puts everyone in a good mood and that’s what you want for a relaxed, easy going family portrait. Congrats to mom and dad who are celebrating a decade of marriage this week! I think those wildflowers they are holding look just like the number 10, don’t you?
