Eva & Nick were married on June 7th at The Pines at Genesee and were such a wonderful couple to work with! You could tell they really put some thought into planning their ceremony with personal readings and music like Dr. Seuss’s “Oh the Places You’ll Go” and Billy Joel’s “She’s got a Way About Her”. They made sure we had some time in the schedule to head up to a nearby spot afterwords for some pictures of the two of them with the mountains in the background. Paul & I love it when our wedding clients are up for something like this because we always are! Their family and friends toasted them at their reception with moving and funny stories and then it was party time! Just a few minutes before we left, Eva’s sister gave me a heads up that the flower girl was asleep in the brides room so I tiptoed in for a shot but I had my “mom” radar on being sure not to wake her.
