I love photographing at Chautauqua in Boulder! It’s so nice to get right up against the flatirons for that quintessential Boulder, Colorado look. This family was super sweet and fun to work with, too! Plus, their kiddos are completely adorable. You guys! Completely. Stinkin. Adorable. My recipe for great Chautauqua Boulder Family Pictures? Show up. No just kidding, although that’s certainly the first step. Schedule in the late afternoon or early evening for the best light. Check the calendar to make sure there are no big events going on that day that would make parking a hassle. Add a sprinkle of good luck with the weather, then keep kids happy and engaged and BAM, there you have it. I love my job!
